Tech Mahindra was an on-campus virtual drive. They carried out 5 rounds.
Cut-off
Educational % cut-off is increased to 70% throughout beginning with 10th/SSC till Graduation/Post Graduation from an earlier cut-off of 60% throughout.
Round 1: Ability Test, English Essay/Story
All are MCQ-based concerns and have no unfavorable markings. There was 3 area Ability, English, and Story composing. The examination was carried out on the SHL platform. The time for the MCQ was 45 minutes. Composing a story based upon the offered subject and the time for this story is 25 minutes. The trouble level of the subject was medium. It was a removal round.
Round 2: Technical & & Psychometric Test
This round was divided into 2 parts one was Coding and the second was Psychometric. In the coding area, there were 2 programs issues. One was simple and the next one medium and the time was 45 minutes. In the other area Psychometric test, all the concerns were MCQ based, which was 70-75, and the time was 15 minutes. It was a removal round.
Round 3: Conversational Test
After the conclusion of the Technical & & Psychometric Test, I was picked for the next round which was Conversational Test. I got a Conversational Test Invite mail from HR and the platform was SHL. The total period of the Conversational Test was 1.5 hours. This resembled a boot interview. It was a number of areas like listening to a sentence and duplicating the sentences, filling out the blank, and so on. It was a removal round.
Round 4: Technical Interview
After finishing the Conversational Test, I was picked for the next round, Technical Interview. I got a Technical Interview Invite mail from HR and the platform was SHL. The total period of the technical interview was 30 to 35 minutes. The specialist was really simple.
The specialist asked me the following concerns:
- Inform me about yourself.
- Which topic are you most positive in?
- Inform me about your job
- What is your function in this job?
- What is your preferred programing language and why?
- He asks me to compose a fundamental program
- Do you have any concerns for me?
Round 5: HR Interview
After the conclusion of the Technical Interview, I was picked for the next round which was HR Interview. I got a HR Interview Invite mail from HR and the platform was SHL. The total period of the technical interview was 15 to 20 minutes. The specialist was really simple.
The specialist asked me the following concerns:
- Inform me about yourself.
- She provides me a subject to speak 2 minutes about that subject.
- She asked me some condition-based concerns and ask my viewpoint based upon the condition.
- Do you have any concerns for me?
Bond Requirements: 2 years from the date of signing up with the business.
